I was born the third of triplets, with an older brother and parents who were all adventurous at heart.  Our parents are from Virginia and Mississippi-Deltaland, we grew up in Nigeria, and right now we are all spread out in different states of the Union. In 2004 I moved to  North Carolina, and I am happy to be here.  It is peaceful, beautiful, and welcoming, with opportunity for good, deep breathing, good organic food often sold by the farmers that grow it, and constant reminders of the joy of life and health.  I'm as addicted to books and reading as ever, and risk an avalanche daily of the book pile from my bed to the floor.
